It’s been a difficult week for Worries (🥳) as The Worry Wizard and Bigfoot Arts Education have been helping lots of children move from Worries to Wellbeing. My special pen is busy writing Wellbeing Greeting cards to celebrate all the Wellbeing Qualities we’ve seen. It feels particularly special to send this Courage card to the all brilliant pupils at Shoreditch Primary School. In Children’s Mental Health Week, when children are being encouraged to ‘Find Their Brave’, Christie thought your Courage was incredible. Thank you for sharing it ✨
