Help Children Move From Worries to Wellbeing

By working hand in hand with some incredible charities and foundations, The Worry Wizard is creating wonderful therapeutic content that will be available to every child when they need it most.

An old proverb says 'it takes a village to raise a child'.  We believe it takes a Community to help their Wellbeing shine.  We want to say a huge Thank you for being part of ours.

Together, we've got this.

Created as a legacy to the short but precious life of Rose Elizabeth Jeans, Rose’s Way Foundation are making it their mission to support families both emotionally and financially and give them a chance to create lasting memories for not only for the children who are terminally ill, but both the parents and siblings as well.

At The Worry Wizard, we are so proud to be their partner in  Wellbeing Rose’s Way, bringing our 'Introducing Wellbeing' Programme for Primary Aged Children to the Jeans family’s Community in South Wales.

Thanks to grant funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, Wellbeing Rose’s Way will soon reach their initial target of being offered in 30 schools. This means  that XXXX children are already being supported to move from Worries to Wellbeing.

A few months ago, discussions with our dear friends and partners at Reuben’s Retreat [link to Reuben’s Retreat on Community Groups page] led to the idea for ‘Together not Alone’ . ‘Together not Alone’ is a brand new animated short film with an adult toolkit which can be used to support gentle discussions with children who are experiencing grief or loss and their families and friends. Reuben’s Retreat successfully applied for funding from the Cheshire Community Fund to support the creation of this new resource which will be available to EVERY  community group and school. Our movie in currently in development and is expected to launch in the autumn 2021. We will be making some exciting announcements about our supporters and collaborators in its development in the coming weeks.
