Did you know that anxiety is one of the most contagious emotions? 💚
I share this fact as it feels particularly important right now. With so much anxiety about, it feels impossible not to catch it 🏀 😔. For many children (and adults), ‘back to school’ will be heightening emotions even further. Lots of Worries are demanding attention right now 🤯. Struggling with mental health and Wellbeing is difficult and tiring.
