I wanted to stop and share a little hello. If you’re new to The Worry Wizard, welcome🤗. We’re so glad to have you here.
If you’ve been here a while, thank you so much for continuing to adventure with us. We’re so grateful to everyone in The Worry Wizard Community. You make it a lovely place to be 💙🌎💫.
Here are a few things about me:
I live with and love my Clang*- 1 husband, 3 children and our brand new arrival, Buster, our 8 week old Labradoodle. (*Clang: My eldest misheard the word Clan when he was little and it stuck 🥰)
I daydream. All. The. Time. (Do you 💭?)
My favourite pick n mix are a classic combo: fizzy cola bottles with pink and white mice 🐭(more white than pink). If no mice, skulls are just fine 💀.
I believe it’s important to celebrate the moments 🥳.
I don’t like the dark. In fact, I’m scared of it. But I love a starry night sky 🌌.
I love a long soak in a hot bath 🛀.
When I grow up I plan to travel by train all over the world 🧭 🧳 🗺.
My Great Grandfather was a giant 🔝. (If you’ve ever spent more than 5 minutes with me you will already know this 🧐). He was 6 feet and 7 inches tall and was known as ‘The Giant of Dungarvan’. His wife wasn’t quite 5 feet tall. I wish I could have watched them walk down a street together 👣.
Finally, I have not *sorted* my Worries. It is a weekly, if not, daily battle. I frequently move from Wellbeing to Worries until I notice, get active, try to remember every thing I’ve ever been taught by the amazing children and young people I am so lucky to work with, then I begin the work of actively seeking to move away from Worries back to Wellbeing.
